Big Spring Clean for St. Patrick's Day in Aghagallon Village

21.5kilograms of litter collected from around the village on Friday 15th March 2019.

The children from St. Patrick's took to the streets on 15th March, ahead of the ever popular St. Patrick's Day Parade, to clean up the litter from around the area. As part of their ECO efforts, the children are engaged in the Wrigglies Litterless Campaign. This is their second village litter pick this year, they did a clean sweep just before Christmas also. Each week willing volunteers from the ECO Team and their friends carry out litter picks around the school.

In December 2018 the children earned the school a second  prestigious Green ECO Flag.
